In year 1948 the Group Chairman Mr. D.P. Garg started the company’s journey into the world of hardware trade as a trading company in Delhi, with his vision, dedication, commitment, business ethics and in-depth knowledge of products. The company continued its steady growth into a big distribution house with big list of satisfied customers across length and breadth of the country.

In year 1972 Mr. D. P. Garg was joined by his dynamic and enterprising son Mr. S. M. Garg who like his father inherited the same traits and his wish for technical innovation continued the company’s growth in 70’s. In 78-79 the company sales reached a point where it became necessary for the company to set up its own production facility. A task that Mr. D. P. Garg entrusted to Mr. S. M. Garg. In year 1980 the first of group manufacturing facility was established and come into production. Thus opening new horizons for company’s future growth.
